Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from South Florida to the SW Gulf of 
Mexico is beginning to stall early this morning. Low pressure will 
form in the western Gulf today, along the front, and track ENE 
across the Gulf into Tue. This will cause the initial front to 
retreat north as a warm front, with a cold front extending south 
of the low sweeping across the basin. Fresh to strong S winds are 
expected ahead of the low and cold front, with fresh to strong N 
winds and building seas expected Tue night into Wed behind it. 
Weak high pressure will build in for the latter half of the week, 
leading to improving conditions. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Isolated showers. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered tstms.
.TUE...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and slight chance of
tstms. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Chance of
showers and slight chance of tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from N of the Bahamas through South 
Florida will stall today, then lift north as a warm front as low
pressure move NE into the NE Gulf of Mexico and across northern
Florida. As this low moves offshore on Tue, strong to gale force
winds are expected Tue night into Wed night, especially N of 28N.

5 kt in the afternoon. N of 27N, NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt,
shifting to NE in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 15 to 20 kt
N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE swell. Scattered showers and
slight chance of tstms.

winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming S to SW 20 to 25 kt in the afternoon.
Seas 3 to 5 ft,building to 5 to 7 ft in E swell in the
