Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A slow moving cold front over the western and northern
Gulf will accelerate Mon into the area as low pressure forms along
it and moves into the NE Gulf of Mexico. Winds and seas will
increase behind the front Tue, then diminish Wed as high pressure
builds in. 

.TODAY...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Chance of
showers. 
.SUN...S to SW winds 5 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Isolated showers. 
.SUN NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...The gradient between high pressure NE of the area and
lower pressure over the Caribbean and Tropical Atlantic is 
causing mainly fresh SE winds that will prevail through the
weekend, before the high moves to the east and winds relax. A 
cold front will move off the SE U.S. coast Sun night into Mon, 
then spread E over the northern water. Low pressure is likely to 
move NE off the SE U.S. coast Tue into Wed, bringing a potential 
for strong winds.
