.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue shifting E, allowing for 
fresh easterly winds in the Florida Straits later today and into 
tonight. The next cold front will move off the Texas coast Thu, 
and reach from Tampa Bay, FL to Veracruz, Mexico by Fri evening. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
