Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends across the Gulf from Cedar Key,
Florida to Tuxpan, Mexico. The front will move SE of the Gulf on
Tue. Strong N to NE winds are expected tonight into early Tue in
the NE Gulf. High pressure is forecast to build north of the area
behind the front, maintaining moderate to fresh winds through 
Wed. Winds will diminish across the basin Thu ahead of the next 
cold front forecast to move off the coast of Texas by Thu evening.
This front will bring strong winds to the far western Gulf but
should not affect the eastern Gulf.

.TONIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft,building to 5 to
7 ft after midnight. Isolated showers. 
.TUE...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N73W to the Florida
Keys. A reinforcing cold front extends from 31N78W to Daytona
Beach, Florida. As the reinforcing front accelerates eastward
across the western Atlantic, the two fronts will combine by Tue
evening from near Bermuda to eastern Cuba. The merged front will
reach from 31N60W to the Windward Passage early Wed. Strong to 
near gale force NW to N winds are forecast to develop behind the 
reinforcing cold front early Tue, affecting the area through Tue
evening. In the wake of the front, high pressure will build in 
off the coast of Georgia and northern Florida on Thu. The next 
cold front is likely to bring fresh to strong winds Fri to waters
north of 28N.
