Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters today. The
next cold front will enter the basin by early Mon and move
quickly SE, exiting the Gulf region by Mon evening. Fresh to
strong northerly wind will be expected behind the front, mainly
over the eastern and southern Gulf near Veracruz, Mexico late
Mon into Tue. High pressure is forecast to build in behind the
front. Fresh southerly return flow will set up across the NW
Gulf by the middle of the week ahead of the next cold front
forecast to reach the Gulf waters by Thu night.

.MON...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extending 31N59W to
near West Palm Beach, Florida will remain over the northern
forecast waters through tonight, before lifting north ahead of a
strong cold front that will move off the northeast Florida coast
on Mon. The next cold front will reach from near Bermuda to
eastern Cuba late on Tue. Fresh to strong winds and building
seas are expected on either side of the front beginning on Tue.
Gale force winds are expected N of 30N and just W of the front 
by late Tue. 

.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. S of 27N, seas 3 ft, subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N,
seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON...S of 27N, SE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to W in the
afternoon. N of 27N, E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W
10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NW to N
