Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near Port Charlotte, Florida
to 25N92W is starting to stall over the southeast Gulf. A
reinforcing front will enter the basin late tonight followed by
strong winds and rough seas over the northwest and north-central
Gulf. The front will merge with the remnants of the first front
and sweep through the basin Sat. High pressure will build into
the northern Gulf Sat night and Sun, and strengthen into Mon.
This will support fresh winds late this weekend into early next
week across portions of the northwest and southern Gulf, with
strong E winds possible over the Straits of Florida. The high
pressure will shift east of the region through mid week.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from 31N77W to near Melbourne,
Florida will continue to drift eastward through Sat. Another
cold front will move off the northeast Florida coast late Sat,
then  merge with first front by early Sun then stall and weaken
from  31N70W to western Cuba. Looking ahead, a third front will
move off the northeast Florida coast late Sun night, eventually
overtaking the remnants of the previous fronts, then drift
southeastward and eventually stall from 27N65W to western Cuba
through mid week.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N,NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,NE to E
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SW after midnight. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Scattered showers. 
.SAT...S of 27N,E to SE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to NW in
the afternoon. N of 27N,W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
