Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will continue to dominate the Gulf waters
through Wed promoting gentle to moderate NE to E winds.
Southerly return flow will set-up across the NW Gulf on Wed
night ahead of the next cold front forecast to enter the region
on Thu. The front will remain nearly stationary over the
northern Gulf on Fri. Reinforcing high pressure will push the
front to move across the Gulf on Sat, reaching the SE part of
the basin by Sat night. 

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to
2 ft or less. 
.WED...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 31N60W to Hispaniola where
it becomes stationary. Large seas follow the front covering the 
waters N of 22N. These seas will gradually subside from E to W 
over the next couple of days. The front will remain over the SE 
waters while gradually weakening. The next cold front will move 
off NE Florida on Fri, then stall. Reinforcing high pressure will 
push the front to move across the region on Sat.

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 5 to
7 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. S of 27N, seas 3 ft,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.WED...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.THU...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft S of 27N, and 4 to
6 ft N of 27N. 
.THU NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
