Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters through
midweek. Moderate to locally fresh northerly winds across the
eastern Gulf will continue through Mon night. Mainly gentle to
moderate winds are expected elsewhere through midweek. Southerly
flow returns Wed increasing winds moderate to fresh in the NW
Gulf. This is ahead of the next cold front that will move into
the region by the end of the week.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A non-tropical low pressure system located N of area
is still producing gale force winds across the waters N of 29N
between 70W and 76W. As the low moves east-northeastward over
the next few days, expect winds and associated seas to gradually
diminish. A reinforcing cold front will move mainly across the 
waters N of 27N Mon through Wed. High pressure builds north of the
area and migrates eastward across the western Atlantic 
strengthening the trade winds across the basin late in the week.

.TODAY...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and N 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 6 to 9 ft in N to NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in N to NE swell. 
.TUE...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
