Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure dominates the Gulf waters and will
remain over the basin through midweek. Moderate to locally fresh
northerly winds across the southeastern Gulf will continue 
through Mon night and become gentle by Tue. Mainly gentle to 
moderate winds are expected elsewhere through midweek. 

.TODAY...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A 1000 mb low pres is located near 31N78W with a
cold front extending from 31N72W to central Cuba. The cold front
will extend from 31N67W to eastern Cuba by this evening. Frequent
gusts to storm force are expected to continue across the waters N
of 29N and W of 80W through early this morning. Gale force gusts
can be expected through today with winds becoming strong by
tonight. Conditions will improve across the area on Mon with
moderate winds expected Tue through Thu.

with gusts to gale force N of 27N. Seas 8 to 13 ft in N swell.
