Meanwhile, low pressure will develop over the southeast Gulf ahead of the front by late Thu. The low will deepen by late Fri as it moves into the northeast Gulf, with the front extending from the low to the southwest Gulf near Veracruz, Mexico. Frequent gusts to gale force are possible over the northeast Gulf by Fri night as the low moves onshore over north Florida. Winds and seas will diminish mainly over the western Gulf Sat as the front moves southeast of the area.
