Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh W to NW winds and seas to 12 ft to
the east of 93W will diminish early this evening as a cold front
in the NW Caribbean continues to move slowly eastward. Locally
strong winds are ongoing and forecast through this afternoon in
the Florida Straits. Remaining NW swell will gradually subside to
below 8 ft by Sun morning. Fairly tranquil marine conditions are 
then forecast for the rest of the weekend and continuing through 
the middle of the upcoming week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 9 to 14 ft in N
swell. 
.TONIGHT...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft in W to NW
swell.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A slow moving cold front from 31N70W to across the 
central Bahamas to central Cuba will move slowly east and reach
from Bermuda to eastern Cuba by Sun morning. Fresh to strong 
winds are expected on both sides of the front through tonight, 
mainly north of 25N. Seas of 8 ft or greater will continue to 
fill in across the northern waters, lingering through Sun before
decaying. The front will weaken as it stretches from 30N65W to 
the Turks and Caicos Islands Mon morning with gentle to locally 
moderate NE flow then prevailing across the southern Bahamas and 
the Great Bahama Bank into mid-week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 25 kt
N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TONIGHT...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W 15 to 20 kt
