Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from near Naples, Florida to
near the western tip of Cuba through the Yucatan Channel will
move east through the remainder of the Gulf this morning,
accompanied by a band of strong thunderstorms. Strong to gale
force W to NW winds are expected over northern Gulf waters
through this afternoon. Large seas of 12 ft or greater across
the northern Gulf will spread southeast, gradually subsiding
this weekend.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 31N79W to the Space Coast of
Florida will gradually reach a Bermuda to Windward Passage line 
over the weekend. Fresh to strong winds are expected on both 
sides of the front through Sat, mainly north of 26N. Seas of 8 ft
or greater will fill across the northern waters today, lingering
through Sun before decaying. The front will weaken as it 
stretches from 30N65W to the Turks and Caicos Islands early Mon 
with gentle to moderate NE flow then prevailing through Tue night.

.TODAY...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 20 to
25 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 6 to 8 ft N of 27N.
