Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Tampa Bay to SW Louisiana
supporting gentle to moderate NW winds over the NE gulf.
Moderate to locally SE winds are W of 94W ahead of the next cold
front expected to come off the coast of Texas Wed morning. Fresh
to near gale force winds will develop across the northern half
of the gulf ahead and behind this front as it traverses the
basin through Thu night. Frequent gusts to gale force winds are
also possible over this region Wed night through Fri. Aside from
the strong winds and building seas, heavy showers and tstms are
expected during this period.  

.TONIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...W to NW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S to SW in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A deepening, non-tropical low pressure system with 
storm-force winds is located about 200 miles SSE of Cape Cod, 
Massachusetts. A cold front trailing this system extends from
31N73W to just S of Cape Canaveral with fresh to strong winds E
and W of the front N of 27N. The next cold front is expected to
sweep across the region Thu night through Sat night producing 
another round of fresh to strong winds to the N of the Bahamas.

.WED...W winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW after midnight.
Seas 3 ft in NW to N swell in the evening, subsiding to 2 ft or
less. 
.THU...S of 27N,S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N,S winds
