.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the Gulf waters during the
forecast period. Moderate to fresh easterly winds are expected
over the north-central, and NE Gulf today, and across the SE
Gulf through tonight. Gentle to moderate winds will prevail
elsewhere.
