Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending from Pensacola, Florida
to the western Bay of Campeche will meander through Thu before
dissipating. Weak high pressure to the NW will support moderate
to locally fresh northerly winds over Veracruz adjacent waters
through Thu and fresh to locally strong winds over the NE gulf
through early this evening. High pressure will build modestly
across the basin during the weekend.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough just N of Freeport island in the
Bahamas will continue to generate showers over the NW offshore
waters while drifting NW through this evening. High pressure 
centered NE of Bermuda extending to the Greater Antilles will 
maintain fresh to locally strong trade winds south of 25N
through Thu. Moderate to locally fresh winds will then gradually
diminish to gentle to locally moderate Fri and continue through
the remainder weekend. Northerly swell generated from Sam will 
continue to impact the waters E of 72W through tonight.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
