Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge north of the Gulf along 30N will move
eastward through Wed, supporting tranquil conditions across all
but the southeast sections of the basin. A weak cold front over
the NW Gulf will move SE across the Gulf through Tue, before
stalling across the central Gulf.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure along the mid Atlc coast will slide 
slowly eastward through mid week. This will produce moderate to 
fresh trade winds south of 23N and east of the Bahamas through
Tue before spreading into the southeast Bahamas Wed night. The
swell generated from Hurricane Sam will continue to impact the 
SW N Atlantic including the Bahamas through Wed. An active 
weather pattern is expected to develop across the waters E of 
75W and NE the Bahamas tonight through Tue as a surface trough 
develops across the SE Bahamas and shifts slowly NW.

3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 10 to 15 kt
