.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will stay in place over Gulf
through Fri with gentle winds. A weak cold front will press 
southward over the area on Fri and weaken by Sat. Stronger higher 
pressure will build across the region through Sat which will bring
moderate to fresh winds through the weekend.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
