Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Ida near 30.3N 90.7W 953 mb at 11 PM EDT
moving NNW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 90 kt gusts 110 kt.
Ida will continue moving inland while weakening through the week. 
Fresh to strong winds associated with Ida will continue to affect 
the north-central gulf through Mon evening. Moderate to fresh 
return flow will dominate the basin afterwards continuing through 
Wed. Winds will further diminish to gentle to locally moderate by 
Thu. 

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas 4 to
6 ft. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure gradient will prevail through Wed, 
which will result in light to gentle variable winds. Moderate to
fresh SW winds will develop over NE Florida offshore waters by 
Wed night ahead of a cold front moving E just N of the area. 
Moderate to fresh SW winds will cover the ofsshore waters N of 
the Bahamas through Thu.

.MON...NE to E winds less than 5 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 5 to
10 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less.
