EDT moving NW at 10 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt gusts
45 kt. Ida will move to 19.9N 82.0W Fri morning, 21.8N 83.9W Fri
evening, strengthen to a hurricane near 23.8N 85.9W Sat morning,
25.6N 88.0W Sat evening, 27.3N 89.6W Sun morning, and 29.0N
90.6W Sun evening. Ida will weaken to a tropical storm while
moving inland over 32.0N 91.0W by late Mon.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure located just N of the forecast region 
will dominate the SW N Atlantic through Mon supporting gentle to
moderate E to SE winds. Fresh winds are expected to pulse N of 
Hispaniola during the evening hours through Sat night.
Otherwise, a low pressure is forecast to develop E of the
Bahamas by early next week.
