.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Nine near 16.9N 79.2W 1005 mb at
11 AM EDT moving NW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt
gusts 40 kt. Nine will strengthen to a tropical storm near 18.2N
80.4W this evening, move to 20.3N 82.0W Fri morning, 22.5N 83.9W
Fri evening, strengthen to a hurricane near 24.4N 86.0W Sat
morning, 26.1N 88.1W Sat evening, and 27.7N 90.0W Sun morning.
Nine will move inland near 30.5N 92.0W early Mon.
