.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the basin through Fri
producing mainly gentle to moderate E to SE winds. Fresh to
possibly locally strong winds will pulse west of the Yucatan
Peninsula tonight and again Tue night. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft late. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure located near Bermuda will dominate the
forecast region through at least Wed. A surface trough is
forecast to approach from the E on Thu, possible reaching the NE
waters on Fri. Fresh to locally strong winds are expected N of
Hispaniola  including the approaches to the Windward Passage
through Tue night. The pressure gradient could increase some
across the SW N Atlantic Tue night into Wed between high
pressure located just N of Bermuda and the approaching surface
trough. 

.TODAY...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N,
and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE to S 10 to
