Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure extends westward across the
basin. The ridge will dominate the Gulf region during the
weekend and early next week. Gentle to moderate winds will
prevail through early next week. Moderate to fresh winds will
pulse off the Yucatan during late evening through Wed.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...The Azores high will continue to extend a ridge
across the region and support moderate to fresh E winds S of 24N
and S to SW winds of the same magnitude N of 28N through the
forecast period. Otherwise, scattered showers are expected over
the NW offshore waters through early next week.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft after midnight.
