.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging will prevail through the forecast
period and will support mainly gentle to moderate E to SE winds,
except over the Yucatan peninsula adjacent waters where moderate
to fresh NE winds will pulse at night associated with a surface
trough moving to the Bay of Campeche. 

.OVERNIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.THU...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.THU NIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 to 4 ft after midnight.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure centered off the Carolinas and
Georgia coasts is providing moderate NE to E winds across the 
Bahamas as well as Puerto Rico and Hispaniola adjacent waters. 
Light to gentle variable winds are elsewhere, except N of 
Hispaniola and the approaches of the Windward Passage where fresh 
winds are noticed. A tropical wave will enter the E Caribbean Thu 
and will support fresh winds over Puerto Rico adjacent waters and 
fresh to strong winds N of Hispaniola Sat through Mon night.
