.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Elsa near 17.5N 73.9W 1000 mb at 5 PM
EDT moving WNW at 24 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts
75 kt. Elsa will enter the Gulf by Mon afternoon near 23.1N
81.6W, 24.9N 82.6W Tue morning, and 26.9N 83.1W Tue afternoon.
There continues to be uncertainty regarding the exact track and
intensity of Elsa as it enters the Gulf of Mexico.

.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure will continue to shift 
southeastward through the weekend in response to a cold front 
that will approach the far northwest forecast waters. Fresh to
strong southerly winds ahead of the front will be in the
northern SW Atlantic waters, N of 28N through Mon. The front
will become stationary just north of the area early next week. 
Tropical Storm Elsa could impact the east coast of Florida by
Tuesday into Wednesday.
