A trough over the SW Gulf extends from near 24N96W to low pres near 21N95W 1011 mb and to near 19N93W. Active weather will continue over the SW Gulf with this feature through possibly late tonight. Hurricane Elsa over the eastern Caribbean Sea is forecast to move over portions of central and western Cuba Sun night and Mon, the Straits of Florida late Mon, then track over a portion of the eastern Gulf Tue before possibly moving inland central Florida late Tue.
