Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate through the weekend.
Tropical Storm Elsa over the tropical Atlantic is forecast to
reach near southeastern Cuba early Sun and to over western Cuba
Cuba early Mon afternoon and to possibly the far southeastern
Gulf during Mon and Mon night and north-northeast over the far
eastern Gulf Tue and Tue night. 

.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI NIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to S to SW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SE 5 to 10 kt 
after midnight. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

ft, subsiding to 8 to 12 ft in the afternoon. Elsewhere, NE to E 
winds 35 to 40 kt, becoming S 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas 
10 to 16 ft.   

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure will begin to shift southeast
Fri in response to as a cold front approaches the far northwest
forecast waters. The front will become stationary just north of 
the area early next week. Tropical Storm Elsa is well southeast
of the area over the tropical Atlantic waters. Elsa is forecast
to move into the eastern Caribbean Sea late Fri and Fri night,
and move to near the southern coast of Hispaniola Sat, to near 
southeastern Cuba Sun and Sun night and to over western
Cuba early Mon afternoon and to possibly the far southeastern 
Gulf during Mon and Mon night and far eastern Gulf Tue and Tue 
night.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.FRI...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms.
.FRI NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S to SW
15 to 20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and
