late week as the basin resides between a trough over the far SW
Gulf and high pressure over the western Atlantic.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1013 mb just north of the area near
31N77W will continue moving quickly WNW today and approach the
coast of Georgia or southern South Carolina this evening. 
Strong to near gale force winds, rough seas, and scattered 
showers and thunderstorms can be excepted N of 29N and W of 75W 
into tonight. There is a medium chance of tropical development
of this low before it reaches the coast.
