Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Claudette is moving ENE across
the state of Georgia. An area of fresh to strong winds is still
noted over the NE Gulf. A ridge dominates the Gulf waters. Fresh
to locally strong southerly return flow will set up across the
western Gulf later today and continue through Mon.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. Scattered showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E 10 to 15 kt late.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the area during the next
several days. Fresh to locally strong winds are expected to 
pulse at night over Hispaniola adjacent waters, including 
approaches to the Windward Passage, through Thu night. Fresh to
strong S to SW winds are expected to develop over waters N of 
30N W of 70W tonight and Mon due to the pressure gradient
between Claudette, forecast to move into the western Atlantic
Ocean on  Monday, and the Atlantic high pressure. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S
of 27N, and 3 to 4 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
