Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A broad area of low pressure in the Bay of Campeche
is expected to move little during the next day or so, and any
development should be slow to occur during that time period.
However, the disturbance should begin to move northward by Thu,
and a tropical depression is likely to form late in the week
when the low moves across the central or northwestern Gulf of
Mexico.

prevail across 26N through mid-week before retreating eastward 
through the end of the week. Winds will be fresh to strong north
of 28N through mid-week as a pair of cold fronts pass north of 
the area. 

.OVERNIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW 15 to 25 kt N
of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N.
