.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will push southward in the western Gulf
later today, then gradually stall and weaken across the southern
Gulf through Fri. Moderate to fresh easterly winds are expected
across the basin Fri through Sun.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers.
