.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southeast winds and building seas
will continue overnight in the western Gulf. A cold front moving
off the Texas coast Thu night will reach from northern Florida
to the western Bay of Campeche Fri night. The front will weaken
and dissipate this weekend.
