.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southerly winds will prevail across
the area this afternoon. A cold front will push through the
southeast Gulf on Sun with light to gentle winds following it.
Moderate to fresh easterly winds will return by Tue.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
