Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front extends from near Tampa
Bay, Florida, to 25N92W to the western Bay of Campeche. Fresh to
strong winds occurring west of this boundary across the
southwest Gulf will continue to diminish today. This front will
remain nearly stationary into mid-week, before reinforcing cool
and dry air pushes the front into the far southeast Gulf from
mid to late week.  

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Winds 
and seas higher in and near scattered showers and thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt, except N to NE 10 to 15 kt.
Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and thunderstorms.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak frontal boundary will remain nearly stationary
off the coast of northeast Florida through Tue night as a ridge 
extends westward from the central Atlantic to the central Bahamas.
The ridge will slide eastward on Wed in response to a cold front 
that will move off the southeastern U.S. coast. The front will 
reach from near 31N74W to Stuart, Florida Wed night and from near 
Bermuda to the Straits of Florida by late Thu. It is forecast to 
begin to stall near 25N through Fri night as high pressure builds 
between northeast Florida and Bermuda. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and SW
15 to 20 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Winds and seas higher in 
and near scattered showers and thunderstorms N of 27N.
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W to NW 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Isolated showers.
.TUE...S of 27N, S winds 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. N of 27N, E to SE
