Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds and moderate seas in the
southeast Gulf will gradually diminish and subside this morning.
High pressure will continue to extend across the basin through
the middle of next week. Fresh to strong winds will pulse W-NW
of the Yucatan Peninsula at night through early next week.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 24N65W to the north coast of
Hispaniola Windward Passage will slowly move eastward, stalling
and gradually dissipating from 22N65W to just northwest of the
Mona Passage. Behind the cold front, fresh to strong NW to N 
winds and moderate seas are expected through this evening. Fresh
to strong winds will continue near the Windward Passage through 
Mon. High pressure will settle across the region during the early 
part of the week with more tranquil marine conditions forecast. 

.TODAY...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and NE 15 to 20 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft S of 27N, and 5 to 7 ft N of 27N. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 10 to
15 kt N of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and N to NE 5 to 10 kt
N of 27N. S of 27N, seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning, subsiding to
2 ft or less. N of 27N, seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S of 27N, NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, NE to
E winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE late. Seas 2 ft or less S of
