.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving off the Texas coast will rapidly
move southeast across the Gulf waters through Thu night. Strong
winds and building seas are expected behind the front. Winds will
diminish across the region Fri and Sat. 

.OVERNIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.THU...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.

morning, extend from near Bermuda to western Cuba on Fri, from 
27N65W to eastern Cuba on Sat, then stall and weaken from 23N65W 
to the Windward Passage on Sun. Fresh to strong NW to N winds and 
building seas are expected in association with the cold front. 

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S
of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers. 
.THU...S of 27N, SE winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, SW winds 15 to
20 kt, shifting to W to NW 20 to 25 kt in the afternoon. Seas
2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers.
