.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving off the Texas coast late this
afternoon will rapidly shift across the rest of Gulf waters
through Thu night. Fresh to strong winds and building seas are
expected behind the fron. Winds will diminish across the region 
Fri and Sat.

from 27N65W to central Cuba Sat, and from 25N65W to eastern Cuba 
on Sun. Fresh to strong winds and building seas are expected in 
the wake of the front.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 5 ft N of 27N. Scattered showers.
