Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate northerly winds associated with
weak low pressure off the coast of northern Florida will become
southeasterly by midweek as a high pressure ridge builds over the
NE Gulf. These winds may freshen through midweek ahead of an
approaching cold front, which is expected to stall late this week
over the central Gulf.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure center or trough will linger off
the coast of northern Florida through tonight, with rough seas
in NE swell west of 77W. A high pressure ridge will build 
westward across the northern waters during the middle and latter 
portions of this week. 

.THIS AFTERNOON...W winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, seas 6 to 8 ft in
N to NE swell. S of 27N, seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N, W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, W to NW
winds less than 5 kt, shifting to S to SW after midnight. Seas 5
to 7 ft N of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft S of 27N.
