.SYNOPSIS...A ridge dominates the Gulf waters with southerly
return flow across the basin. A cold front is forecast to move 
across the southeast Gulf waters on Thu and exit the basin by Fri.

.OVERNIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon.
