Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge dominates the Gulf waters with southerly
return flow across the basin. A frontal boundary is expected to
linger along the Texas coast through Mon before lifting farther
inland by Mon evening. Fresh to locally strong southerly flow
will develop over the western and central Gulf by Tue night into
Wed ahead of a cold front forecast to move across the Gulf
waters Wed and Thu. The front will exit the southeast Gulf by
Fri.  

.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will push southward across the northern
forecast waters tonight and stall over the SE waters near Puerto
Rico on Mon. A second and stronger reinforcing cold front will 
move south of 30N on Mon. Fresh to strong northerly winds and 
building seas in NW swell will follow the reinforcing front, 
affecting mainly the NE waters Mon and Mon night. Another cold 
front is expected to push off the Florida coast on Thu night. 
Fresh to strong southerly flow is expected ahead of this third 
front.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, NW to N winds
5 to 10 kt, shifting to E late. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and
3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.MON...S of 27N, E winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, NE to E winds
5 to 10 kt, becoming E 15 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or
less S of 27N, and 3 to 5 ft N of 27N. 
.MON NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 15 to
20 kt N of 27N. Seas 2 ft or less S of 27N, and 4 to 6 ft N of
