Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from near Port Charlotte,
Florida to the NE tip of the Yucatan Peninsula this afternoon
and will move SE and exit the basin tonight. Reinforcing cold
air behind the front will continue to support strong northerly
winds behind the front and south of 26N through midnight. High
pressure will dominate the Gulf region into Sun. The next cold
front will move into the northwest Gulf early Mon morning, and
move across the basin through Tue.

.SAT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from 31N79W to central Florida will 
reach from Bermuda to the northern Bahamas and western Cuba by
Sat afternoon, then begin to move slowly SE and weaken across
central Cuba to the central Bahamas to the central Atlantic
through late Mon. High pressure following the front will support
fresh to  strong NE to E winds across the western Atlantic Sat
night through Mon morning. The next front will move off the NE
Florida coast  Mon night, reaching from Bermuda to the Straits
of Florida by Tue  night. 

.TONIGHT...S of 27N, S winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SW to W
after midnight. N of 27N, SW winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to NW
after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers.
