Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from Cape Coral, Florida NW to a
1008 mb low over Texas adjacent waters will transition to a warm
front tonight. A cold front extends from the low to near
Tamiahua, Mexico. The cold front will move across the basin
through Fri with strong to near gale force northerly winds
behind it, increasing to gale force on Thu night near the
Veracruz region. Gale conditions will continue through Fri
morning. Moderate to fresh E to SE winds are expected Fri night
through Sun night.  

.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.THU...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers. 
.FRI...SW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 20 to 25 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers. 
.FRI NIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.SAT...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from 31N75W to West Palm Beach 
will transition to a warm front tonight. Fresh to strong
southerly winds will develop east of Florida on Thu as another
cold front  moves across the Gulf of Mexico. The front will
extend from 31N77W to Fort Pierce Florida Fri, from 31N64W
across the Bahamas to central Cuba on Sat, then stall and weaken 
on Sun. Numerous showers and strong thunderstorms are possible 
ahead of the front as it moves east of Florida. Otherwise, strong 
high pressure over the central Atlantic will support fresh to 
strong winds through Fri in the Caribbean approaches, including 
the Windward and Mona Passages.

N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and S 15 to 20 kt N of
