Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging extends from SW Florida to
near the Texas-Mexico border. Winds and seas will remain quiescent
for the next several days.

.TODAY...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT AND SAT NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN THROUGH TUE...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...The Bermuda High displaced to near the Bahamas
extends a ridge to the Straits of Florida and to near 25N65W. A 
cold front will move into the waters between Bermuda and NE
Florida today, reaching along 28N by Sat afternoon, then 
merging with a reinforcing front along 24N east of the Bahamas 
by Sun afternoon, stalling along 20N off the coast of the 
Dominican Republic by Mon afternoon. A strong Bermuda High will 
build over the area in the wake of this front. A new cold front 
may emerge off of the SE United States coast and move across the
basin beginning on Tue night. 

.TODAY...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and SW to W 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...S of 27N,SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to N after
midnight. N of 27N,SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT...N winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NW to N 10 to 15 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and NE to E 15 to
