Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move off the TX coast this evening,
cross much of the Gulf, then stall by Mon night from Florida to 
the Bay of Campeche. This front will bring gale force winds 
offshore the Texas coast tonight, offshore Tampico and northern 
Mexico late tonight and early Mon, then offshore Veracruz during 
the day Mon. Another cold front will move into the NW Gulf Tue 
night and cross the basin by Thu. 

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.MON...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...E winds less than 5 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in W to NW swell. 
.TUE NIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong S winds will develop N of about 28N Mon ahead 
of a cold front that will move off the FL coast Mon evening. This 
front will cross the northern basin into mid-week. The next cold 
front will move into the NW waters Wed night then slide slowly SE 
through the basin for the end of the week.

.TONIGHT...S of 27N,E winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N, N to NE winds
less than 5 kt, becoming SE to S 10 to 15 kt after midnight. Seas
3 ft. 
.MON...S winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and S to SW 15 to 20 kt N of
27N. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S of 27N, NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE after
midnight. N of 27N,W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...S of 27N,NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to SE in the
afternoon. N of 27N,N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SE to
