Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending from the NW Atlc across the
N FL Peninsula to the N central Gulf will shift NE today, as the
next cold front moves into the NW Gulf. This weak front will
lift back N of the area Sun. Another cold front will move into
the Gulf Sun night, and reach from the Florida Panhandle to Bay
of Campeche Mon morning. Strong N winds will spreading southward
behind the front and produce gale-force winds over portions of
the western and southwestern Gulf Mon through early Mon evening
across the Mexican waters from Tampico to Veracruz.  

.TODAY...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the evening,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight. 
.MON...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.MON NIGHT...W to NW winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E to SE
after midnight. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft in SW to W
swell after midnight. 
.TUE...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.WED...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.

Within 200 nm east of the coast of Florida

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from the central Atlc to
23N60W to near 24N70W. Active weather will continue today along 
and south of the front to the coastal waters of Hispaniola and
Puerto Rico while the front weakens and drifts northward. A high
 pressure ridge will dominate waters north of this front,
bringing  fresh to strong NE to E winds across NE waters through
Sat night. The ridge will then weaken considerably across the
area Sun  through Wed. A cold front will move off the FL coast
Mon night,  with strong SW winds ahead of the front, mainly N of
28N. 

.TODAY...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and SE 10 to 15 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and E to SE 5 to 10 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and NE less than 5 kt N
of 27N. Seas 3 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...S of 27N,E winds 5 to 10 kt. N of 27N,NE winds
less than 5 kt, shifting to S after midnight. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to SW to W 15 to 20 kt in
the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E 10 to 15 kt after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
