Southeast Gulf of Mexico .SYNOPSIS...A slow-moving cold front stretches from near Key West, Florida to the NW tip of the Yucatan Peninsula. To the west, a 1013 mb surface low pressure center is near 22N95W with a trough extending N from it to 27N94W. The low pressure will move rapidly NE and exit the NE Gulf early Mon, dragging a reinforcing cold front through the eastern Gulf. This front will exit the Gulf Mon night. Winds and seas will diminish Tue and Wed as high pressure builds over the northern Gulf. .TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt.
