The pressure difference between the strong high and low pressure southeast of the Gulf associated to Hurricane ETA in the western Caribbean Sea will maintain fresh to near gale force northeast winds over the southeastern Gulf and the Bay of Campeche, with the exception of near gale force northeast winds over the Straits of Florida.
