.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Zeta near 18.7N 84.3W 990 mb at 5 AM
EDT moving NW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts
75 kt. Zeta will strengthen to a hurricane near 19.5N 85.5W this
afternoon then move to 20.8N 87.5W Tue morning. Hurricane Zeta
will then reach 22.5N 89.6W Tue afternoon and 24.7N 91.1W Wed 
morning. By Wed afternoon, Zeta will be just offshore the
Louisiana coast, moving north and away from the area.
