broad low pressure over western Caribbean will support fresh to
strong easterly winds over the eastern Gulf overnight. Gentle to
moderate winds will prevail elsewhere through Sun.

evening, 31.0N 60.6W Thu morning, then north of the area on Thu.
Long-period northeast to east swell will impact the waters north 
and northeast of the Bahamas through Fri night.
