Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The combination between high pressure over the
eastern United States and broad low pressure over western
Caribbean will continue to support fresh to strong easterly
winds and building seas over the southeast Gulf through early
Thu. Gentle to moderate winds under a weaker pressure gradient
will prevail elsewhere through the forecast period.  

.TODAY...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. Winds and seas
higher in and near numerous showers isolated thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in N to NE
swell. Numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft in NE swell.

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Epsilon well east of the forecast 
waters near 26.5N 55.0W at 11 AM EDT moving NNW at 7 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 45 gusts 55 kt. Epsilon will track in a 
general northwestward motion through Thu well to the northeast of 
the area while it gradually strengthens to a hurricane. The 
pressure gradient between high pressure over the western Atlantic 
and Epsilon will maintain fresh to strong northeast to east winds 
over the western waters through Thu. Expect for northeast to east 
swell to impact the waters north and northeast of the Bahamas 
through the forecast period.
