Southeast Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The combination between high pressure over the
eastern United States and broad low pressure over western
Caribbean will continue to support fresh to strong easterly
winds and building seas over the southeast Gulf through early
Thu. Gentle to moderate winds under a weaker pressure gradient
will prevail elsewhere through the forecast period.  

.TODAY...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.WED...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms. 
.WED NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Epsilon near 25.6N 54.7W 998 mb at
5 AM EDT moving ENE at 3 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts
50 kt. Epsilon will move to 26.6N 55.6W this afternoon, 27.8N
57.4W Wed morning, 28.5N 59.1W Wed afternoon, 29.4N 60.1W Thu
morning, strengthen to a hurricane near 30.6N 60.9W Thu
afternoon, and 31.6N 61.4W Fri morning. Epsilon will change
little in intensity as it moves to near 33.5N 62.0W by early
Sat. The pressure  gradient between high pressure over the
western Atlantic and  Epsilon will maintain fresh to strong
northeast to east winds  over the western waters through Thu.
Expect for northeast to  east swell to impact the waters north
and northeast of the  Bahamas through the forecast period.
